Will is a lawyer with Mintz in Boston, Massachusetts and is co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. He represents and counsels individuals, small businesses, nonprofit institutions, and publicly traded companies. He has represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations on a variety of matters, including construction law, commercial and corporate litigation, and real estate law. He also counsels construction industry clients in negotiating and drafting agreements and transactional documents on a wide variety of project types. Will has been a leader in the local and national construction bar for over twenty years. He is past Chair of the 6,000 member American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law and past Chair of the Construction Law Committee of the Boston Bar Association. Will is an active volunteer in his community and in nonprofit organizations. He served on the Board and as Chairman of the Appalachian Mountain Club, a 90,000-member conservation and outdoor recreation organization. In his home town, he has served as Conservation Commissioner (three years as Chair), trustee of the local land trust and is currently a member of the Open Space Committee. He attended Dartmouth College and Northeastern University School of Law.
